While Verified and Ticket Booked leads undergo additional quality checks, we cannot guarantee that every detail supplied by a traveller is accurate, current, or that the traveller will ultimately book with the purchasing agent.

2. No guarantee of conversion

provides access to travel enquiry data. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a confirmed booking, sale, or revenue for the purchasing agent. Conversion depends on factors outside our control, including the traveller's final decision, market conditions, and the agent's own follow-up.

3. Third-party services

Wallet payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues arising from third-party payment processing outside our systems.

4. Independent business relationship

Travel agents using the Platform operate independently. is a lead marketplace and is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any booking, contract, or transaction between an agent and a traveller.

5. Platform availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability, as communicated via Announcements where possible.

6. Changes to categories, pricing & policies

Lead category pricing, deposit plans, and platform policies may change at the admin's discretion. Current pricing and active offers are always reflected live on the Platform.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal, financial, or business advice. Agents are responsible for their own compliance with applicable travel industry regulations.
