When you register, we collect your company name, owner name, email, phone number, business address, city, state, and GST number (if provided). During KYC, we collect PAN, Aadhaar, and business proof documents. We also log wallet transactions, lead purchases, and support communications.

We use this information to operate your account, verify your identity for KYC, process wallet transactions and lead purchases, send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, wallet activity, replacement decisions), and respond to support requests.

3. Traveller (lead) data

Leads listed on the Platform contain personal information about travellers (name, phone, email, trip details) supplied to us through ad campaigns, website forms, or manual submission. This data is masked in the marketplace and only revealed in full to the agent who purchases that specific lead.

4. Data storage & security

KYC documents and support attachments are stored securely and are not publicly accessible — they can only be viewed by the uploading agent and authorized admin/employee accounts. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with payment processors (Razorpay) solely to process wallet top-ups, and may be disclosed if required by law.

6. Cookies & sessions

We use session cookies strictly necessary to keep you logged in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request account closure by contacting us via the Contact Us page.

We retain account, transaction, and lead purchase records for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting, audit, and legal compliance purposes.
