1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for and using the platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by registered travel agents and agencies. You must provide accurate registration information and complete KYC verification before purchasing any leads.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Lead purchases

Leads listed on the Platform are travel enquiries reviewed and categorized by our quality-control process. Once purchased, a lead is exclusive to the purchasing agent and is removed from further availability. Purchases are final except as described in our Refund Policy and Replacement Policy.

5. Wallet

The wallet is a prepaid balance used exclusively to purchase leads on the Platform. Wallet balance has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: misuse or resell leads outside the scope of your own business; attempt to bypass masking or security controls; submit false KYC information; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Suspension & termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the replacement policy.

8. Limitation of liability

provides lead information as reviewed and categorized at the time of listing but does not guarantee that any lead will result in a booking or sale. We are not liable for losses arising from a traveller's decision not to proceed with a booking.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
